The new Dude Perfect $100 Million theme park destination promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience, bringing families together in a fun-filled, memory-making destination like no other.
With 58 million subscribers and more than 15 billion views, the five dudes of Dude Perfect initially built their YouTube brand around performing zany, impossible-feeling “trick shots” – evolving from behind-the-back basketball shots to things like tossing a bag of garbage at a distant trashcan, throwing multiple pieces of bread into a toaster, and making hand-thrown Styrofoam gliders perform aerial acrobatics.
Last year, Dude Perfect announced they were seeking a home for Dude Perfect World, a sports-inspired theme park that would give their fans the opportunity to recreate some of their antics by throwing baseballs through moving cars, playing 100-pin bowling, smashing, and trying to hit a basketball net on the ground from the building’s arching 330-foot-tall tower.

Dude Perfect, the globally recognized YouTube sensation consisting of five individuals known for their wholesome humor and impressive sports tricks, has partnered with Overland Partners – a San Antonio based Architecture and design firm – to bring their digital brand to life through the creation of a ten-acre sports and entertainment destination and headquarters. The project has been in development for a year, and Dude Perfect unveiled the concept for their first physical destination in late 2022. This will provide their fans with a chance to experience the brand in person and become a part of the Dude Perfect community.
Bryan Trubey, Senior Principal at Overland, has praised the collaboration with Dude Perfect, stating that he believes their creative genius surpasses that of anyone the firm has worked with before. Overland has been able to create a physical representation of Dude Perfect’s vision for their future, which incorporates all the activations and experiences the YouTube stars are known for.
What Will The Dude Perfect Theme Park Offer Its Guests?
The aim is to create an environment where every visitor feels like they are part of the world of Dude Perfect and might even experience the impossible.
Austin Ash, Senior Architect at Overland, explained that the team was initially inspired by breaking down a trick shot into four key drivers:
- The Origin
- The Path
- The Anticipation
- The Unfiltered Reaction
This approach generated a form that appears to be in constant motion and sweeping past visitors as they engage with the experience.
The “Impossible Shot” tower is the focal point of the new destination, standing at 330 feet tall and projecting vertically from the site. This iconic structure pays homage to the stunt that initially launched Dude Perfect’s following in 2009, while they were all attending Texas A&M University.
The new development represents a significant transformation of the brand, enabling them to expand beyond their YouTube platform, which boasts over 58 million subscribers. Fans of all ages will be able to enjoy fully activated and themed attractions inside the tower, immersing themselves in the world of Dude Perfect and attempting the games and stunts made famous by the group. The tower has a series of floors leading up five stories to the top, where visitors can attempt the Impossible Shot.
The outdoor entertainment area spans five acres and is designed as a park-like setting with trees, landscaping, water features, and a great lawn. The space will feature an expansive canopy for shade, creating a comfortable environment for visitors to relax and enjoy various activities.
Throughout the year, the area will host concerts, Dude Perfect shows, community events, and seasonal attractions, becoming a high-energy entertainment destination.

Where is the Dude Perfect Theme Park?
Frisco, Texas Location
Dude Perfect announced that they have sent bid requests to various cities, including Frisco, and they expected responses months after the initial press release. The team has also been in discussions with potential fundraisers to support the project.
Rumored Kentucky Location
Louisville, Kentucky could become the home of Dude Perfect World. According to LEO Weekly, Mayor Craig Greenberg wants Louisville to be that home. If you were clutching your pearls about Topgolf coming to town, avert your eyes.Within a week of taking office last month, Greenberg wanted an aide to send Dude Perfect an email from him inviting them to set up shop in the Derby City.
“Hi! I am the newly elected mayor of Louisville, Kentucky…a centrally located city of 800,000 people and home of the Kentucky Derby, Muhammad Ali, Bourbon, Kentucky Fried Chicken, UPS World Port and so much more,” Greenberg wrote in a Jan. 7 draft letter. “I am writing because Louisville would also be the perfect home for Dude Perfect World…let’s make it happen.”
Although Greenberg’s pitch may be compelling, Louisville might have some competition; In a YouTube video in December 2022, Dude Perfect said “hundreds of cities” have already expressed interest in the park. However, the mayor is confident that Kentucky offers “powerful incentives for projects such as this” and that he was “confident” Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear would back the project. Furthermore, the Louisville Metro Government “owns several parcels of property that would be great locations” for the theme park.
